Rachelle (VANCOUVER)

As a nutritionist with more than 10 years of experience working as a private chef, Rachelle is the founder of Beyond Nourished, passionate about connecting with people and teaching them to have a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. She has helped many women overcome their struggles with restrictive diets and disordered eating, having been through similar challenges in her life. She knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so she uniquely designs recipes, meal plans and coaching programs to meet the needs of each client. This personalized approach that she uses with each client has extended into a multi-day experiential retreat that she facilitates 3 times a year and that focuses on the spiritual, physical and emotional aspects of weight loss and healthy living.

DANA (VANCOUVER)

Dana is a nutritionist, private chef, whole-foods enthusiast and wilderness lover. She works with and manages the team of Beyond Nourished chefs, alongside Rachelle, creating nourishing and delicious meal plans for clients. Dana is also skilled in backcountry cooking, and has taught groups how to cook flavourful, healthy, and lightweight meals in the wilderness. She is energized by our relationship to food, and how to make eating well approachable, accessible and even exciting. Dana is also a faculty member at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition Vancouver campus, where she teaches Holistic Food Preparation.

Emily (VANCOUVER)

Emily is a registered holistic nutritionist and private chef from Vancouver, B.C. Her passion in the kitchen combined with her nutritional science background led her to pursue her career as a holistic chef, where she creates nourishing meals to help others in feeling their best. Emily assists her clients in reaching their health goals by carefully developing menus and providing meals that are specifically catered to the needs of each individual she cooks for.  She is continually inspired by the west coast and is always curious to seek the freshest, local and unique ingredients when curating recipes. Whether cooking for individuals or groups, Emily loves to bring people together with food.
