EMily Yantz

Holistic Chef and Nutritionist

Emily’s journey into cooking began at a young age, driven by a personal health journey that led her to discover the healing power of whole foods. After several years of embracing this lifestyle, she became captivated by holistic nutrition and earned her Holistic Nutrition diploma in 2017 from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. With extensive experience in the food industry, Emily has mastered the art of creating delicious and nourishing meals in countless ways.

She has a deep love for Mediterranean cuisine and is currently exploring authentic Asian dishes. In her spare time, Emily enjoys visiting farmers markets, preserving local foods, and spending time outdoors—whether soaking up the sun at the beach or finding tranquility in the forest.

Josefa is a Chilean chef with extensive experience as a pastry chef, having worked in catering, fine dining, and boutique hotels in Santiago after graduating from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver. Kitchen Manager and Chef

As a chef, Zach has been cooking for 9 years. His culinary journey started once he started travelling the world at age 15. He draws inspiration from the countries he has travelled and cultures he has explored in his cooking. Asian Cuisine is his favorite to cook and eat, and Thai red curry would be his most enjoyed meal. Outside of that he has gone to culinary school at Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver for a culinary program, as well as The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts for pastry. In his spare time you can catch Zach nerding out at a local game store, or foraging wild mushrooms along the sunshine coast and Vancouver island.
