have you tried these delicious banana muffins?! They are so moist.

Yields: 24 quite small Muffins or 12-13 large muffins | Prep time: 5-7 min
Wet Ingredients:
6 large eggs
4 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
6 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp, vanilla
4 large bananas, ripe
DRY Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS:
Put all the wet ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and blend until mixed (don’t over blend).
Bake at 350 (depending on oven) for 22-28 minutes.
